Elizabeth Pauley

Elizabeth Pauley has held various leadership roles in the finance and operations sector, including as Assistant Superintendent at Salem Public Schools. With experience at The Boston Foundation in different positions from Associate Vice President to Program Director, Elizabeth also worked as a Senior Program Officer. Elizabeth started their career as a teacher and corps member at Teach For America. Elizabeth holds a Master of Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education.
