Brandon Mercado

Brandon Mercado is an experienced recruiting professional currently serving as Recruiting Manager and Team Lead at Salem Solutions since October 2022. Previously, Brandon held roles at Hays as a Recruiter and Associate Recruiter for East Development, specializing in the Gaming and Entertainment industry and recruiting for prominent entities such as Activision Blizzard. Brandon demonstrated expertise in end-to-end recruitment for a variety of technical and managerial positions, including game engineering and product management. Prior to this, Brandon co-owned and operated Merc Driveway Sealing and worked as a Sales Representative at Nytech Supply Co, where Brandon focused on building sales and maintaining customer relationships. Brandon holds an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Cayuga County Community College.
