Myunghee Mindy Jeon is currently serving as a Full Professor at Bertolon School of Business at Salem State University since June 2022. Prior to this role, Myunghee Mindy held the position of Associate Professor at Salem State University since September 2010. Before joining Salem State University, Myunghee Mindy worked as a Graduate Instructor and Ph.D. Student at Iowa State University from August 2006 to December 2009. Jeon holds a Ph.D. from Iowa State University and an MBA in Hospitality Administration from Johnson & Wales University.
