Elles Skony

Elles Skony is an Advisory Board Member at Sales Assembly. Prior to this, they were a manager at human resources business partners at Centro from January 2016 to August 2016. From August 2018 to October 2020, they were the Vice President Talent Management at Centro, overseeing the talent teams. In this role, they partnered with Centron's to ensure they hired the best people and provided them with the guidance and development they needed to become the best version of themselves.

Elles Skony has a major in psychology and a minor in communications from Purdue University. Elles also has a degree from Regent's University London and New Trier Township High School Winnetka. Elles is certified from LinkedIn in Creating a High Performance Culture and Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences. Elles is also certified from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
