Thea Durfee Polancic

Thea Durfee Polancic is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching and consulting, currently serving as Managing Partner at ClearSpace, LLC since 2002. In addition to this role, Thea is the Founder and Former Chair of the Conscious Capitalism - Chicago Chapter and an Author and Course Instructor on LinkedIn, specializing in leadership and high-performance team building. Thea has been a Faculty member at Stagen Leadership Academy since 2014 and serves as a Featured Thought Leader at Sales Assembly and a Board Advisor for Coachmetrix. Co-Founder of Tiara International LLC, Thea also contributes as a Guest Lecturer at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and previously held the position of Managing Consultant at The Revere Group.
