Eric Stearman

Eric Stearman has over 18 years of work experience. Eric started their career in 2002 as an IT Consultant for Seneca Corporation, where they worked for Freddie Mac. In 2005, they joined Freddie Mac as a Business Analyst in the Multifamily Division and was later promoted to Team Lead Loan Servicing in the Single Family Division. In 2015, they moved to SyApps LLC as a Senior Consultant for Fannie Mae. Most recently, in 2018, they became an Account Manager for Sales Boomerang, a fintech software company that uses big data analytics with scientific algorithms and borrower intelligence to create leads for mortgage lenders, banks, credit unions and servicers. Eric'srole includes loan retention for mortgage lenders and integrations with mortgage CRM & LOS software companies to enhance sales system automation for loan officers.

Eric Stearman holds a Bachelor's degree from Elon University.
