Serena Cordan, MA, is an experienced professional in sales enablement and revenue generation, currently serving as Manager of Revenue Enablement at HealthJoy since September 2021. In this promoted role, Serena has taken on expanded responsibilities, overseeing the Broker GTM Strategy critical to HealthJoy's success. Previously, as HealthJoy's first leader of the Sales Enablement Team, Serena developed a data-driven sales enablement program and managed a team of specialists. Additional roles include serving as an Advisor for RISE: Research & Insight Based Strategic Enablement, a Sales Enablement Mentor with Product Marketing Alliance, and an active member of the Sales Enablement Collective. Prior to HealthJoy, Serena held various sales enablement positions at O'Reilly Media, culminating as Senior Sales Enablement Manager, where responsibilities included designing sales programs and strategies. Serena holds a Master's Degree in International Policy Studies from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and a Bachelor of Arts in French from the University of California, Davis.
