Jeff’s experience includes senior executive sales leadership positions at IBM Global Services as the VP of Sales and Director of the IBM Management Development Institute and most recently as the Chief Learning Officer for Xerox worldwide. Jeff is nationally recognized for his ability to provide energized, thought-provoking sales learning facilitation and training initiatives that deliver measurable ROI for sales organizations of all sizes and industries. A partial list of his clients includes Price Waterhouse Coopers, Ryder Dedicated Logistics, Abbott Labs, Ameren Corporation, Career Builder, Home Depot, Oracle, CVS/Caremark, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Lowes, DHL Express, and Novatech. Jeff is an adjunct faculty member in the MBA program at Benedictine University and ran the Quality program for Wharton. Jeff has an MBA in Organizational Leadership and a BA in Economics.
