Norman Behar

Norman Behar is the Chairman and Managing Director of Sales Readiness Group. Norman has over 25 years of experience in sales, sales training, and sales management.

Norman began their career in sales with Egghead Software in 1984. Norman quickly rose through the ranks, becoming the Senior Vice President of Corporate and Government Accounts in 1990. In 1991, they left Egghead to start their own company, Catapult Software Training Centers. Under Norman's leadership, Catapult became one of the leading providers of sales training and development programs.

In 1998, Norman was recruited to become the CEO of Elekom, a start-up software company. Norman successfully led Elekom through its initial public offering in 1999.

In 1999, Norman became the CEO of Xylo, a publicly-traded software company. Norman served as CEO until 2001, when they joined Linear Partners as Managing Partner. Norman was with Linear Partners for six years, before joining Sales Readiness Group as Chairman and Managing Director in 2007.

Sales Readiness Group has been recognized as a "Top 20 Sales Training Company" by Selling Power Magazine and featured on the "Sales Training Companies Watch List" by TrainingIndustry.com. Under Norman's leadership, SRG has helped sales organizations overcome challenges such as maximizing sales team performance, developing more proactive sales teams, accelerating the ramp-up time of new sales reps, implementing sales coaching programs, and developing great frontline sales managers.

Norman Behar attended the University of Washington.
