Alexandra Glickman

Alexandra Glickman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the real estate and hospitality insurance sectors. Currently serving as Area Vice Chairman and Managing Director - Practice Leader at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. since April 2001, Glickman specializes in real estate operating companies and iconic development projects. Prior experience includes a tenure as Managing Director at Marsh from 1997 to 2001, where Glickman developed and launched a specialty practice for the real estate and hospitality industries and pioneered insurance coverages that are now industry standards. Additionally, Glickman held the position of Senior Vice President at Johnson & Higgins from 1983 to 1997, contributing to the firm’s reputation as one of the largest insurance brokerage firms before its acquisition by Marsh & McLennan. Glickman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Composition/Writing Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and has completed programs at UCLA Anderson School of Management and the University of Southern California.
