Sal Mazzarella

Sal Mazzarella has a diverse work experience. Sal currently holds the position of Managing Director at Sales Search Partners since January 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Recruiting Manager and Recruiting Manager at the same company from August 2019 to January 2021 and from June 2017 to August 2019, respectively. Sal also worked as a Community Advisor at Pay Forward Coaching starting from November 2023.

Before joining Sales Search Partners, Sal worked as an Assistant Director at Endicott College from January 2016 to June 2017. Sal also held the role of Marketing & Sales Strategy Manager at Puricorp, LLC. from August 2014 to January 2016. Additionally, they worked as a Membership Sales Specialist at YMCA of Central Florida from August 2014 to January 2016.

Sal's earlier experiences include working as an Account Coordinator at The Walt Disney Company from June 2013 to July 2014, and as a Football Operations staff at Bridgton Academy from May 2012 to June 2013. Sal started their career as a Football Operations/Administration & Recruiting Intern at the University of Kentucky from June 2011 to December 2011.

Sal Mazzarella completed their education at Endicott College, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management in 2012. Sal then pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree at the same institution from 2012 to 2013. In 2016, they obtained a Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell University. Additionally, they gained a Bronze Certification from Sandler in 2019.
