Lidia Aiello

Lidia Aiello is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations management and human resources. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Sales Talent Agency since April 2016, Lidia oversees business functions, financial planning, and strategic initiatives. Previous roles include Operations Manager and Operations Associate, as well as Administrative Assistant at Hughes Amys LLP, where support was provided to the HR director and legal team. Early experience includes an internship as an Assistant Buyer in the fashion industry at YM INC.
