Joe Manzella, M.S. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Joe began their career in 2008 as a System Planner at Capital Area Transportation Authority, where they focused on compliance and civil rights programs. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as the Manager of Regional Programs at Leap, Inc., a regional economic development non-profit. During this time, they represented Leap on a regional committee and led efforts to submit applications for a Sustainable Communities Planning Grant.

In 2011, Joe started Blueshift Creative, LLC, where they worked as the Owner. Joe specialized in data analysis and design projects, collaborating with teachers to collect and report student achievement data. In 2012, they briefly taught science and math to 6th, 7th, and 8th grade English Language Learners at Lansing School District - Otto Middle School.

Joe then transitioned into a role as a Senior Account Executive at Truscott Rossman from 2012 to 2017. Joe worked with a diverse range of clients on strategy, messaging, design, and web content management. Additionally, they had expertise in areas such as energy policy, technology, and economic development.

In 2017, Joe joined Quicken Loans as a Senior Banker, Refinance Specialist, originating millions of dollars in mortgages annually and consistently delivering high-quality client service. Joe later became the Director of Rocket Pro, Account Executives, and collaborated with State Farm agents to provide mortgage services to their clients through a QL-based platform.

From 2021 to 2022, Joe worked at Rocket Pro Originate, first as the Director of Mortgage Banking, Emerging Partners, and later as the Divisional Vice President, Account Executives. Joe led a team that facilitated over $5 billion in mortgage loan volume and achieved significant business growth.

In 2023, Joe co-founded Eastman & Manzella Agency - Goosehead Insurance, where they serve as a Co-Owner. The agency focuses on providing excellent service to clients and partners in the homebuying process.

Currently, Joe works at Sales Transformation Group, Inc. as a Coach, leveraging their experience and passion for sales to mentor and guide teams. Joe aims to help individuals achieve career success while also experiencing major life milestones.

Throughout their career, Joe has demonstrated a strong work ethic, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to client service, making meaningful contributions to each organization they have worked with.

Joe Manzella, M.S. completed their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Public Policy from Michigan State University from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the same university from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, in June 2022, Joe obtained a certification as an Objective Management Group Certified Partner for Sales Force Evaluations from the Objective Management Group institution.
