Lena Zinchenko

Lena Zinchenko is a highly experienced marketing and business development professional with a robust background in growth strategy and automation. Currently serving as the GTM Engineering Lead at SalesAPE.ai since August 2025, Lena previously held the position of Global Growth Lead at Squiz, where Lena implemented innovative demand generation architectures. Prior roles include Head of Growth at amicable divorce, where Lena significantly optimized paid search strategies, and co-ownership of SMM Agency #1, driving systematic improvements in lead conversion rates for major clients. Lena's extensive experience also encompasses business consulting at the Boston Consulting Group, project management at Prospects Ukraine, and early entrepreneurship at Motherstar Inc.
