Muza Murod is a Solutions Engineer at Salesfinity, where professional responsibilities began in August 2023, and a previous role as a Customer Support Representative. Prior experience includes co-founding Speaknative in April 2022, aimed at providing affordable English practice with native speakers, and serving as a Business Development Manager at researchai from August 2021 to April 2022, focusing on enhancing writing efficiency. Muza completed a two-month intensive internship as a DevOps Engineer at Exadel, gaining knowledge in various DevOps practices and technologies, including Git, cloud services, Infrastructure as Code, Docker, Ansible, CI/CD, and monitoring. Academic qualifications consist of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from San Francisco State University, projected to complete in May 2025, and a prior degree in Computer Science from INHA University in Tashkent, completed in May 2022.
