Justin Sanders began their career in 2010 as a Public Opinion Research Officer at Natural Resources Canada. In 2011, they were promoted to Evaluations Officer at the same company. In 2014, they moved to Mediative as a Competitive Intelligence Analyst, and in 2015 they were promoted to Production Coordinator. In 2016, they joined Salesfloor as a Customer Success Manager, before being promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager and then Director of Training & Support, where they managed the resolution of account director, client services & end-user support requirements, triaged bugs for development, and administered functional training to promote user performance. Justin also served as a subject matter expert and collaborated across departments within development and client services to help guide decision-making relevant to the app's UX/UI, internal systems requirements, and external training materials.
Justin Sanders attended Concordia University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in International Business.
