Marco Tulio Ribeiro has extensive work experience in the field of quality assurance and test automation. Marco Tulio has held various roles throughout their career, starting in 1989 as a System Analyst at Liquid Carbonic, where they were involved in analyzing and programming automation systems and developing computer systems for vehicle fleets. Marco Tulio later joined White Martins as a System Specialist, responsible for supporting branches and deploying accounting data communication to the headquarters.
In 2007, Marco joined Visicom Media Inc. and created the QA sector, where they developed quality standards and implemented Bugzilla software for bug tracking. Marco joined Salesfloor in 2019 as a Sr Quality Assurance Analyst, and later became a SW QA Developer at Kronos Incorporated in the same year. In 2021, they returned to Salesfloor as a QA Automation Lead, where they developed new automation architecture for their web platform and created libraries and frameworks for mobile and web applications. Marco also implemented automation code standards, integrated Jenkins for regression tests, and utilized TestRail for test case management. Marco Tulio successfully increased the web pass rate to 98% and ran automation tests on Browserstack.
Throughout their career, Marco has demonstrated expertise in test automation, quality assurance management, and improving workflows and standards. Marco Tulio has worked in various industries, including software development, marketing, and manufacturing.
Marco Tulio Ribeiro has a diverse education history. Marco Tulio obtained a master's degree in Software Engineering from the École de technologie supérieure, where they studied from 2010 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed a post-graduate program in Information Technology at the Universidade Santa Úrsula from 1995 to 1996. Marco Tulio also holds a bachelor's degree in Management from the Faculdades Integradas Bennett, which they earned between 1992 and 1995. Additionally, Marco Tulio undertook an intermediate English program at McGill University in 2009.
