Tiantian Ma has worked in the software quality assurance field since 2008. Starting in 2008, Tiantian Ma worked at VanceInfo as a SDET. From 2010 to 2013, Tiantian Ma worked at taobao.com as a software develop and test engineer. From 2013 to 2014, Tiantian Ma worked at Kabam as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst. From 2014 to 2017, Tiantian Ma worked at OMsignal as a Quality Assurance Manager. From 2017 to 2019, Tiantian Ma worked at Salesfloor as a Senior Software QA Engineer. Currently, Tiantian Ma is working at OneSpan as a Senior QA Developer.

Tiantian Ma obtained a Bachelor degree in Information System and Information Management from Capital University of Economics and Business between 2002 and 2006. Additionally, Ma holds certifications from Code School's "Breaking the Ice With Regular Expressions" course and the Project Management Institute's PMP.
