Oleksandr Lazarenko

Oleksandr Lazarenko is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and management. Currently serving as Team Lead and Head of Engineering at Salesflow.io since December 2021, Oleksandr previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Pictimi, where responsibilities included business development and investor communication. With a solid background at EPAM Systems, Oleksandr progressed from Senior Software Engineer to Team Lead, focusing on technical leadership, Agile SCRUM processes, and team management. Earlier roles include positions at GlobalLogic and Huawei Ukraine, where Oleksandr excelled in software development, HR management, recruitment, and employee training. Oleksandr holds a specialist degree in psychology from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and has pursued additional education in IT-related fields.
