Amol Hardikar

Amol Hardikar is an accomplished engineering leader with over two decades of experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Salesforce since November 2008, Amol has successfully incubated the Scale Center product, delivering insights into implementation performance to major clients such as State Farm and Coinbase. Previously, Amol held roles at Salesforce including Director of Performance Engineering and Senior Manager of Quality Engineering, where leadership in quality strategy and team growth contributed to the development of Salesforce Lightning. Prior experience includes a position at Microsoft Corporation as a Software Development Engineer in Test, and as a Software Engineer at Tech Mahindra. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Syracuse University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
