Asha Rajasegaran

Asha Rajasegaran is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in employee relations and ethics, having held various leadership positions at reputable organizations. Asha served as Director and Senior Manager of Investigations in Global Ethics & Integrity at Salesforce, where responsibilities included managing investigations and compliance policies. Prior to this role, Asha was a Manager/Senior Manager of Employee Relations at Chicago Mercantile Exchange Group, developing Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and managing investigations for a workforce of 2,500. Asha also held the position of Employee Relations Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle, overseeing investigations for over 10,000 employees and creating an Employee Relations Center of Excellence. Earlier experience includes advising on recruitment and employment law at Resurrection Health Care and conducting data analysis for union negotiations at SPX Filtran.
