Ayman Mobarak is currently the VP of Software Engineering at Salesforce, where they manage performance engineering and build/release automation for the Salesforce Database development group. Prior to this, Ayman held various leadership roles within Salesforce, including Director of Performance Engineering and Senior Director of Database Platform Engineering. Ayman also gained experience as a Manager and Sr. Manager of Development at Symantec, and as a Lead Performance Engineer at Plumtree Software before its acquisition by BEA Systems. They further developed their skills at BEA Systems as a Staff Software Engineer. Ayman earned a BA from Cornell University, graduating in 1989.
