Chelsey Ott

Chelsey Ott is an experienced professional with a strong background in people strategy and analytics, currently serving as Director of People Strategy & Insights at Salesforce since January 2022. Prior roles at Salesforce include Senior Manager of People Analytics Strategy and Senior Business Planning Manager. Prior to Salesforce, Chelsey worked at Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Consultant and held various positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance, including Claims Specialist II. Additional experience includes serving as a Research Coordinator in Neurocognition at Tufts University, where cognitive linguistics research and data analysis were conducted. Chelsey holds an M.B.A. from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Linguistics from Tufts University.
