Chloe Hoggard

Chloe Hoggard is an experienced leader in the public sector and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, currently serving as the Executive Sponsor for BOLDforce UKI at Salesforce and chairing the iBelong DEI Network for the Global Public Sector. With a strong background in sales and management, Chloe has held senior roles including Vice President & Head of UKI & DACH Public Sector at MuleSoft and CX/CRM Account Director for UK Government at Oracle. Additional contributions to education and rugby are evident through positions as a Non-Executive Board Member and Relationship Director at the Jamaica Rugby Football Union and a Board Member at River Tees Multi-Academy Trust. Chloe has a history of fostering cultural harmony and accountability for diversity within organizations, complemented by operational leadership roles in various industries.
