Christina Wee

Christina Wee has extensive experience in technical support and operations management, beginning with a role as Senior IST Executive at ACNielsen from 1999 to 2007, where responsibilities included managing helpdesk operations and conducting user acceptance testing. At Shell Oil Company from 2007 to 2010, Christina served as an HR Service Advisor, providing support for HR systems and training new joiners. Christina then progressed to Traction Digital, taking on roles such as Support Team Lead and Technical Producer, where expertise in email deliverability and digital marketing strategies was developed. Most recently, Christina worked at Salesforce from 2017 to 2020 as a Client Solutions Coordinator and Senior Technical Support Engineer, specializing in Pardot marketing automation and providing advanced technical assistance. Christina holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from Queensland University of Technology and a Diploma in Management Practice from The Institute of Administrative Management.
