With prior experience at Microsoft as Senior Director & Policy Counsel for Privacy & AI, Ed provided strategic guidance on global data protection laws and policies. Ed's career includes significant roles at Alston & Bird, where extensive legislative and regulatory work was conducted, and a tenure in academia as an Adjunct Professor at Seattle University School of Law. Ed holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Wesleyan University.
