Harjeet Pruthi

Harjeet Pruthi currently serves as the Regional Director for the Office of Equality at Salesforce, overseeing the strategy, development, and operations of the India Office of Equality and collaborating with both the India ES and Business Leadership teams to implement the Global Equality Strategy. Previously, Harjeet held the position of Senior Regional Manager at VMware within the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Center of Excellence, where responsibilities included driving inclusion and diversity strategies in partnership with the D&I team and managing the 'Power of Difference Communities.' Earlier roles at VMware included Senior Program Manager for Women IT and Manager of Technical Training. Prior work experience includes positions at FICO, e4e, and Sitel. Harjeet holds an MBA in Information Technology Project Management and a BBA in Advertising and Communications, both from ICFAI University.
