Harsh Vardhan Thusu is a seasoned strategy leader with extensive experience in corporate strategy, transformation, and operations across multiple industries. Currently serving as Director of Strategy and Operations at Salesforce since April 2025, Harsh is focused on driving a transformation to a consumption-based model. Prior to this, Harsh held the role of Senior Director of Corporate Strategy at Verizon in 2023-2024, leading a team to advance key executive leadership initiatives. Harsh's previous positions include Senior Manager at Salesforce, Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, and roles at Cisco and Arm. Harsh's expertise includes growth strategy, M&A, and commercial excellence, supported by an MBA from UC Berkeley and a B.Tech from IIT Kharagpur.
