Helen Chang

Helen Chang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in enterprise architecture and management consulting. Currently serving as a Distinguished Enterprise Architect at Salesforce since January 2019, Helen focuses on business-driven architecture in the retail and consumer goods vertical. As the founder of XpandCulture and Figable, Helen promotes corporate culture and parental engagement, respectively. Prior roles include EVP of Product, Services, and Solutions Consulting at hc1.com, Senior Manager at EY, Principal Solutions Consultant at salesforce.com, and President of Mountain Wind Inc., among others. Helen holds a B.S. in Economics from Haverford College.
