Joanne Teasdale Harvey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in content experience and management. Currently serving as Director of Content Experience at both Salesforce and Tableau since 2022 and 2018 respectively, Joanne excels in aligning business goals with user needs through clear, relevant content development. Prior to these roles, Joanne held various positions at Dexter + Chaney, including Senior Manager of Content Experience and Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities included HR program administration and the implementation of software solutions. Joanne's earlier experiences also encompass project management and program management roles, alongside a strong educational background with degrees from William & Mary and the University of Oxford, as well as certifications in Software Product Management and Content Strategy from the University of Washington.
