Joe Grimpel

Joe Grimpel is an experienced professional with a strong background in resource management and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Resource Management at salesforce.com since January 2013. In this role, Joe has successfully developed the Resource Management function to support significant growth in Professional Services Bookings, constructed innovative staffing solutions, and implemented processes for operational support and financial management. Previously, Joe held leadership positions at Accenture as HRO Account Director and Recruiting Service Delivery Manager and at Hewitt Associates in similar roles, overseeing large recruitment teams and enhancing service delivery. Joe holds an MBA in HR Management from Baruch College and a degree from Wake Forest University.
