Ying Chuan Tao

Ying Chuan Tao is a seasoned professional in resource and budget management, currently serving as the Director of Resource Management and Budget Management at Jobs for the Future since January 2020. Previously, Ying Chuan Tao held various managerial roles at The Center for Effective Philanthropy and served as Program Manager at YouthBuild USA. Experience also includes positions at Freedman HealthCare LLC, 1199SEIU Training & Upgrading Fund, and AmeriCorps. Ying Chuan Tao earned a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management from Northeastern University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology from Clark University, along with studies in Chinese language and literature.
