Jon Neustedter

Jon Neustedter is an experienced professional with a strong background in technical account management and customer success. Currently serving as the Technical Account Director for Strategic Accounts at Salesforce since November 2012, Jon is responsible for high-level services that enhance integration of the Salesforce platform for enterprise customers. Previously, Jon held roles at C3.ai as a Solution Architect, Oracle as Principal Technical Account Manager, and Teradyne as Senior Systems Analyst, among others. Jon's career spans over three decades, with expertise in leveraging technology to drive business transformation in various industries. Jon holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a BBA in Management Information Systems and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
