Josh Carroll

Josh Carroll is a 9X certified Agentforce Experience Architect at Salesforce, bringing twenty-five years of experience in human factors and user-centered design. They have held key roles at various companies, including Principal Interaction Designer at Caterpillar Inc., Senior User Experience Designer at Trimble Inc., and Director at Grapnel Interactive LLC. As a humanitarian, novelist, and musician, Josh also co-founded Uberhaus Design, a guerrilla design studio. They are currently focused on enhancing customer experiences and driving strategic UX methodologies at Salesforce.
