Lisa Marshall serves as the Senior Vice President of Technology & Products within the Innovation & Learning organization at Salesforce, where leadership of a global team is focused on ensuring the success of engineering and product team members through learning and employee engagement initiatives. With a tenure at Salesforce since July 2014, Lisa has held multiple roles, including Vice President and Senior Director, progressively expanding responsibilities to oversee teams dedicated to learning and development aimed at enhancing the employee lifecycle and fostering talent. Prior to Salesforce, Lisa held senior positions at Korn/Ferry International and PDI Ninth House, overseeing product design, development, and leadership training solutions. Early career experience includes project management roles at VitesseLearning and DigitalThink, as well as a focus on online training development at Ninth House Network. Lisa holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Boston College and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara.
