Margaret Francis

Margaret Francis serves as the SVP of Product Management in the Office of the CEO at Salesforce since May 2024. Previously, Margaret held the position of Executive in Residence at Costanoa Ventures from February 2023 to May 2024 and served as a Board Director at Sumo Logic from September 2021 to May 2024. In addition, Margaret was the Chief Product Officer at dbt Labs from January 2022 to November 2022 and held multiple roles at Armory, including Board Director, President, and COO from September 2020 to December 2021. Earlier experience at Salesforce included roles as SVP Product & GM for Heroku and the Salesforce Data Platform, and as Vice President of Product Management at Heroku. Margaret's career began in product management at Scout Labs/Lithium Technologies and Beckon, Inc. Educational qualifications include a BA in Art from Yale University, an MFA in Photography from the San Francisco Art Institute, and recent participation in the Director's Consortium for Public Company Board Members at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
