Matthew Watson is an experienced architect and technology leader with over 20 years of expertise in delivering innovative solutions across various industries. Currently serving as the Customer Service Transformation Director at Salesforce, Matthew has previously held significant roles, including Global Head of Training & Enablement at Revolent Group and Solution Architect at Toyota and BMC Software. With a solid foundation from the University of Melbourne, where they earned a Bachelor of Computer Science, Matthew has also contributed to large-scale projects at KPMG, managing national implementations and providing technical leadership. Matthew is a certified Technical Architect on the Salesforce platform and actively co-manages the Tech Department for the Meredith Music Festival.
