Nicole Fiala

Nicole (Banville) Fiala is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic account management, particularly within the public sector and technology industries. Currently serving as a Strategic Account Executive for NASA at Salesforce, Nicole has held various roles including Account Executive and Business Development Representative focused on public sector clients. Prior to Salesforce, Nicole worked at TEKsystems as an Account Manager and Technical Recruiter, and also gained experience as a contractor at iCrossing. Early career roles included positions at Clyde's Restaurant Group and Aflac. Nicole holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies with a focus on Public Relations and an Educational Media Minor from James Madison University, completed in 2016, and is a graduate of Oakton High School.
