Pratik Shah

Pratik Shah is an experienced sales professional with a robust background in managing strategic accounts and driving customer engagement across various industries. Currently serving as a Strategic Account Manager at Salesforce since October 2022, Pratik previously held the position of Enterprise Account Executive at Pegasystems, where responsibilities included managing customer opportunities and ensuring success through end-to-end sales lifecycle management. Prior to that, notable roles at Newgen Software included National Manager for Insurance and Strategic Banking Accounts, focusing on business expansion and key client management in India.
