Sanjeev Balakrishnan

Sanjeev Balakrishnan has extensive experience in customer success and technical support, having spent over 17 years at Salesforce in various leadership roles, including Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President of Customer Success, and Vice President of Global Support. Prior to Salesforce, Sanjeev worked as a Senior Technical Analyst at Oracle Inc./PeopleSoft and as a Sales Engineer at Soffront Software. Sanjeev holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Nagpur University.
