Sarah Callinan has extensive experience in enablement and consulting within major organizations. Most recently, Sarah served as a Senior Manager and EMEA Enablement Business Partner for Customer Success at Salesforce from June 2020 to February 2024, focusing on strategic learning for Customer Success leaders. Prior experience includes roles such as Global Onboarding Enablement Manager at Microsoft International Operations and Partner Excellence Manager for EMEA at Mastercard, alongside earlier positions in project management and research. Sarah holds a Master of Science in Strategic Management with a focus on Marketing from Technological University Dublin and completed a Continuing Professional Development Certificate in Early Career Mentoring.
