Srishti Batheja

Srishti Batheja is currently a Production Support Engineer at Salesforce since May 2024. Previously, Srishti served as a Product Support Engineer at Enlighten Operational Excellence from August 2022 to April 2024, focusing on an API Automation Project using C# and .NET while enhancing New Relic integrations. From December 2019 to July 2022, Srishti worked as a Software Engineer at Cerner Corporation, managing support tickets with MySQL, CCL, PowerBI, and Tableau. Srishti began the career as a Software Intern at XLPAT in 2019, gaining experience in Flutter Development and earning a certification in Flutter & Dart Development through Udemy. Srishti holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Vellore Institute of Technology, completed in 2020.
