Troy Phillips

Troy Phillips is an experienced sales professional with a focus on federal and government sectors. Currently serving as Senior Regional Vice President for MuleSoft at Salesforce, Troy has been with the company since February 2020, previously holding the position of Regional Vice President for MuleSoft in Federal Civilian. Prior to Salesforce, Troy held several key roles, including Sales Director for SLED East at Red Hat and Federal Account Executive at both Oracle and Cornerstone OnDemand. Troy’s career in sales began at Oracle, where as a Government Account Executive, significant experience in federal sales was developed. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Management Systems from Longwood University.
