Vidur Apparao

Vidur Apparao is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering and product development. Currently serving as EVP of Engineering at Salesforce since April 2019, Vidur previously held the role of CTO and Head of Engineering at Agari, where innovative email security solutions were developed using machine learning. Other notable positions include CTO at LiveOps, where a cloud-based VoIP platform was created for contact centers, and Chief Software Architect at Slim Devices, which focused on digital music products. Vidur also contributed to the evolution of web technologies as Chief Architect at America Online and Netscape Communications, where involvement in Dynamic HTML standards was prominent. Vidur holds a BSc in Computer Science from Brown University.
