Vinay Dixit is a seasoned design leader with extensive experience in user experience and design management across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Design Leader for the Salesforce Platform and Products since December 2022, Vinay previously held the position of Head of Experience Design at Adobe India from August 2015 to December 2022, where a multidisciplinary team was led to enhance the Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud products. Prior experience includes leading the User Experience Design Practice at Mindtree from August 2004 to August 2015, where Vinay crafted user experiences for Fortune 500 companies, as well as holding roles such as Principal UX Architect and Lead User Experience Designer. Earlier career milestones involve managing design for hindustantimes.com and serving as a User Interface Designer during the dot-com boom. Vinay's educational background includes degrees in Visual Communication Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology Delhi, an MBA in Marketing & Innovation from NMIMS, and Design Management from the National Institute of Design.
