Will McNaughton has a diverse military and corporate background, beginning with service in the U.S. Army's 4th Infantry Division as a Battalion Unit Movement Officer and Infantry Platoon Leader from June 2020 to September 2021. Following a period of advanced training at the Military Intelligence Captain Career Course and the Emerging Leader Program, McNaughton served as a Battalion Intelligence Officer and Division G-2 Intelligence Officer in the 82nd Airborne Division from May 2022 to May 2023. In 2024, McNaughton was a Corporate Fellow in Cisco's Military in Sales and Leadership development program, and currently holds a position as a Commercial Business Development Representative at Salesforce, starting in June 2025.
