Kethrin Weiss

Kethrin Weiss is a professional with diverse experience in commercial support, product management, and health instruction. Currently serving as a BackOffice Comercial e Assistente de Sales Ops at SalesHunter since November 2024, Kethrin is responsible for assisting commercial intelligence and contract approval flows, as well as monitoring and analyzing sales team performance metrics to identify and propose optimization actions. Prior to this role, Kethrin worked as a Product Owner and Product Marketing Manager at SouJunior from January to November 2024, leading an 8-member team in the Care4You project, focusing on user story creation and brand positioning analysis. Kethrin also has a background in health and fitness, having served as an Instrutor de Pilates at Grupo Espaço Saúde from February 2015 to July 2024, where personalized planning and health promotion were central to the role. Additionally, from February 2011 to December 2014, Kethrin contributed as a Pesquisadora Universitária at Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, leading research teams and focusing on data collection and analysis for scientific publication.
