Chelsea Madden has held various roles throughout their career. In 2001, they started as an Office Assistant at Long and Foster Real Estate, where they worked until 2004. In 2004, they had an internship at The Washington Post as a Consumer to Consumer Sales Representative and Automotive Sales Intern. From 2005 to 2014, they worked at Maryland Media Inc as an Advertising Manager, responsible for the productivity and profitability of the organization. In 2014, they joined RainKing Solutions as a Commercial Sales Director, managing a sales team and driving business growth. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Director of Client Success at RainKing Solutions, overseeing client success and retention. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as the Director of Learning and Support at DiscoverOrg. In 2018, they joined StayNTouch as the Director of Customer Success and Support before moving to Knowland as the Vice President of Customer Success. In 2020, they joined Retailsphere as a Customer Success Consultant before becoming the Vice President of Customer Success at SalesIntel.io in September 2020.

Chelsea Madden attended the University of Maryland, College from 2001 to 2005. During their time at the university, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Economics and General Business Studies.
