Jeffrey McIntyre

Jeffrey McIntyre has a strong background in the telecommunications industry, with experience in various roles. Jeffrey worked at Salesloft as a Channel Health Engineer starting from July 2022. Prior to that, they were at Vocal IP from an unknown start date until 2022. At Vocal IP, they served as the main point of contact for critical VoIP-related issues, leading a team of 10 engineers and helping increase the company's annual revenue by over $400K through engineering, deployment, and leadership of VoIP-based products. Jeffrey was also responsible for maintaining service levels and responding to customers at all times. Before Vocal IP, Jeffrey worked at Transbeam from March 2011 to June 2013 as a Network Operations Center Engineer. In this role, they configured routers and switches, resolved VoIP and network-related issues, and provided training and documentation for new technicians.

Jeffrey McIntyre earned an Associate's degree in Computer Systems Technology from The City University of New York.
