Julia McMenamy

Julia McMenamy is a Senior Associate Professional Services Consultant at Drift, where responsibilities include managing services for Enterprise and Mid-Market clients, building personalized bot playbooks, and implementing customized conversational AI strategies. Starting as the fourth hire on the newly created Professional Services team in May 2020, Julia earned the Customer Team Award in February 2021 and was instrumental in leading the company's Drift instance for bot rebranding initiatives. Previous roles at Drift include Associate Professional Services Consultant and Customer Advocate, as well as a Marketing Intern at Zmags. Julia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Providence College and has previous educational experience at Florence University of the Arts and Westborough High School.
